Origin Healthcare group sets global quality benchmark for customer service.

Origin Healthcare, Australasia’s largest provider of personnel solutions to the healthcare industry, has become the first company in the world to be formally accredited to the Customer Service Management Standard (CSMS; 2002) as awarded by the International E Commerce Standards Board.

The key drivers behind seeking accreditation were to provide customers with the highest levels of service and to give them confidence in conducting business with Origin Healthcare, specifically in the context of electronic commerce and data integrity.

The award was presented to Origin Healthcare by Mr. Greg Watson, the world’s leading authority on quality standards and accreditation, and one of the U.S’s most successful businessmen. It was a great moment in the company’s recent history, and Mr. Watson went to lengths to emphasise how the achievement was a clear indication of our commitment and focus..
